- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and mobile device.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.
- You acknowledge that DigiAtithi uses Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) principles, meaning you are the primary custodian of your identity data.
4. Data Privacy & Security
Your privacy is paramount. DigiAtithi does not store your identity documents on a centralized server. Data is stored on your own device and shared with service providers (hotels/hosts) only with your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Service Provider Obligations
Hotels and homestays using DigiAtithi agree to handle guest data in compliance with local laws and regulations. DigiAtithi is not responsible for the actions of independent service providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
DigiAtithi and Mausam Infotech H.R. Practice Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
